The problem I have with Carrick isn't that he passes the ball in any particular direction, its that he passes it regardless of his positioning. He often finds himself in acres of space yet still just gives it to the next man. What's the point? If you're in space, use it, take the ball forward. That's why I call him gutless. He doesn't want to drive forward and then find a pass, even when its wide open.
Anyway, fuck Carrick. I've said enough about that gormless eejit over the years.
Frimpong would be good. Just the sort of player we need. Capable, mobile, strong and with that drive we need too.

Agreed , seems to have lost his way a bit at arsenal and we could be the perfect fit for him.

Do we need another attacking player? We have an awful lot of optons in both attacking midfield and forward options. I think we need to work on firming up our spine.
we should always be looking to upgrade what we have. It's not as if our midfield can't stop scoring goals. That's a major issue as much as defending leads is.
Of course, that's true. Just that for where we are now I think we could do with beefing up midfield.
