They're definitely adding a lot of wheelchair spaces, it was in the planning application as one of the reasons for the development.

We have been woefully short on these spaces, so it's a much-needed improvement.

Some are and it looks like there’s a new platform in Trinity/North corner which wasn’t announced

But I suspect overall there won’t be much difference in numbers as a large number disappearing from the length of the trinity as the two tiers merge.
