Given his meticulous research into every single post I am going to say German.  But I could be wholly wrong.

It's the first time in a long time I had confidence in everything our keeper did. He just had an air about him.

Also, following up from footy's request to listen to him, I've seen a quote on Twitter from someone....

To Konsa (re Cash): 'Go wide for him, show for him, Keep moving the ball, it's the best way to defend' or something similar.

Martinez seems to pull off the difficult combination of being both a commanding, reassuring presence, but also a really, really nice bloke.

He is Bozzie without the arrogance.

He was just so assured on the ball. You instinctively winced when the ball went back to him, but nope, just calm. Cannot help but feel that must be hugely reassuring to Konsa and Mings and their concentration levels.

Fantastic stop, excellent coming for the ball, good communicator, good passer- ok he had little to do, but what he did, was excellent.

Really really impressed. It’s worked out brilliantly for us, but fuck knows how he didn’t break into the Arsenal team over the years. I know Leno is good, but he’s relatively recent.

There was absolutely no way that penalty was going to get past him.

And the post match interview showed his class - really professional, smart, and calm. He could possibly be our GK for the next 8-9 years - let’s hope

Going to whisper it but I think he’s the best keeper in the league
