He’ll score again, don’t know where, don’t know when, but I know he’ll score again some sunny day.

Fucking hell, May then?

It's a way of saying he'll do very well at Atletico.

He's been a good signing and everything but he's been largely shite now since the Euro's and it was Mad Jhon that saved our arses in the first half of last season.

Never mind the goals, his first touch is like a Pong paddle and he's as threatening with the ball at his feet as blancmange. Yes, the team is struggling and its not all his fault but he's doing very little to lift the malaise.

Agree with this assessment

It feels to me like he makes fewer sprints and generally appears less mobile nowadays, however I’ve no idea whether that observation is supported by actual data.  Any boffins have access to such information?

I actually think that the evidence on Saturday was that he was running and chasing down like he used to.

Thoughts? You're obsessed and very very sad if your first post after us going out of the cup is about Ollie.

He scored, I thought that was all that mattered?

Suspect he was another one who was told he could leave and now is left disinterested

Thoughts?

My main one that this post is even more predictable than BC twat coming along to troll and Demitri shitting the bed.

My thoughts on Watkins are that he took his penalty well and hopefully that will help his confidence.

With our current recruitment successes, maybe we should have sold him so Smirker actually had something to moan about.
