I reckon if I pissed him off, he'd come to my house intent on violence, but with a bit of sweet talk and an ice cream, he'd be helping me mow my lawn within ten minutes.

Yes but Man U have Man U to offer and that still counts for a lot. No matter how much cash Newcastle have they're still Newcastle. Tottenham at least have the pull of being a London club which is a selling point in itself whereas Newcastle are a million miles from anywhere  - whether they like it or not.

25/1 to be PL top scorer, might be a solid e/w bet. Hard to look past Salah obviously. Haaland, like a number of Citeh players, didn't seem fully focused last season. All hopefully not well in their camp.
