The evidence coming out of the DCMS committee is pretty damning for anyone at Yorkshire and the wider game generally.

I'm not shocked by any of this really. There's a very nasty undercurrent of racism in Britain from my own personal experience. I'm a white, 40 something bloke, some of the things I hear people come out with casually, it's just not nice but tracks very well with the current popularity of the Government and how it's the foreigners' fault and it was better when you could call a spade a spade.

Michael Vaughan looks to be on a sticky wicket, and judging from some of his previous social media output, it's unsurprising.

Pretty harrowing if you sit through the whole of Azeem's evidence to the Select Committee.

It’s very unpleasant stuff. The story around his experience when he’d found out about his baby was absolutely horrendous.

Yes, some of these people are vile, racist bastards. How Moxon sleeps at night after what he's done, I really don't know.

Jonathan Liew's Grauniad article on this is really worth a read. (Sorry, unsure how to post it).

Isn't it funny how all these tough guys get signed of with stress the minute they're taken to task over their behaviour?

Spot on, he's written some excellent pieces on this subject.

Yes, he's a very good writer, and you can rely on him for objectivity because he's not part of the old boys' club.

Quite funny how he's wound Aggers up the last couple of years as well.
