Risso does all the work here, running past half a dozen players, rounding the keeper and... algy pushes him over to toepoke it in from on the goal line. Yes, Nyland is correct.

Well done Risso and algy.

For the record, it was Sheffield Wednesday at Villa Park. John McGinn absolutely TWATTED one in. We still lost.

Not really surprising with that backline.

BBC touting a Lpool summer bid, hardly surprising speculation.
I would think we can lock him up with golden handcuffs.

If Liverpool make a bid for him and he wants to go he will be gone! players have all the power

Not much of a career jump from Villa 36 points from 22 games, to Liverpool 40 points from 24 games. Plus we have the owners to refuse any offers for players we want to keep. No more defeatist attitude please.

They're still smarting after we dumped Downing on them for £20m ...
... and Benteke failed to reach his Villa heights in their red shirt.

Agreed. Still gutted that we lost Grealish in 2018, but at least we seem to be doing okay without him.

Not just Liverpool, Spurs too. It’ll certainly make a dent in their war chest!!

Would have to be £60m+. Young player, on the up, top 10 team. Maguire cost 80 Wan Bissaka a shed load too.

As Konsa isn't a red carthorse, then the price should be way, way more than £80m, not £60m.
That is if the club want to sell him, which I hope they don't.

Counter Punch.

No deal for Konsa but we are interested in Salah.

Let's show the big boys 'times are a changing'.  :)
