I like the fact they act quickly on some of this stuff, no pissing about, this isn’t right, we’ll fix it. It’s what people with serious money do.

Let's hope that they have some kind of alternative - I'm sure they will have. The management team needs a refresh ... and, looking at the transfer activities of Bournemouth, Brighton and Palace, you'd hope we can improve in that area.

They won’t rewards failure. The question is what objectives was Monchi set, we know they want the club to be self-sustainable which means profit on transfers. Feels like the Ramsey move is the destabilising factor?
