Link below is from the scum game there last year. Gives a bit of an idea what its like. Once you leave London Bridge on the train, you probably won't even come close to a Millwall fan there and back. Straight off the platform, through the gates, along the covered walkway, straight to the turnstiles. At no time are you out in the streets around the ground. Certainty to be kept in after for a while though.
There really is no need to shit it about this one. I will be going by train, slurping in Central London and don't expect grief.

Could be a battlefield. Not looking forward to this at all.I wouldn't worry.I've been to the New Den and its just full of chavs who think they're hard becuase they're supporting Milwall. You get "bubbled" by the police if you are on the coach or train and with 4,000 Villa down there it will be alright.This.I covered Millwall for several years for the local paper. The standard advice is not to drink in any of the local pubs, but these days there aren't any.Get the northern line from Euston and change at London Bridge for South Bermondsey, it's one stop.Afterwards you will get a Met escort back to the station.
