Have we really not played these in any competition since 1990?

I'm in two minds about this.  On the one hand it's dead close; on the other it sounds like a throwback nightmare.

Us, Stoke v Man City, Leeds/small heath v Spurs seem the obvious ones, maybe Macclesfield as well. How many live games do they show?

Yes, 5 this weekend. Maybe less after 3rd round?

Just wear the protective jester hat.

I think I'll have to go to this.  I've never been before but I'll treat it like a trip to the sty so no colours etc and hopefully that'll be enough.

The new Den is safer than the old Den, because it is close to the train station and well patrolled by police. The old Den existed in more thuggish times and inolved nervous walks to and from Queens Road Peckham station.

Anybody know when the game is? Quite fancy arranging a trip over and seeing the game, a curry and a pint or two.

I've been to the Old Den in 88 and had no problems. The police had everything in hand. I wouldn't expect any problems down there unless people start acting like dicks but that's pretty much the same everywhere.

I reckon we'll take more than the 167 the knuckledraggers took there last season.

And high-visibility Villa shirt?  Righto.

Rudy, it's the weekend of the 26th.

My son's birthday. Oh well, I'll have to wait for our 5th round game.

No chance of them showing this on TV IMO. Neither us or Millwall are fashionable enough.

I have been to the New Den plenty of times with Brighton.  There is never any trouble at all, probably the safest away game  you could go to.
