I saw a clip on the news last night linking Dalian's tragic death to the ongoing enquiry about alleged wrongdoing at the Manchester forensic evidence testing laboratory.  Has anything more been reported?

No missing body cams, they weren’t wearing them. Which at the time, rightly or wrongly, was standard for West Mercia
