I saw a clip on the news last night linking Dalian's tragic death to the ongoing enquiry about alleged wrongdoing at the Manchester forensic evidence testing laboratory.  Has anything more been reported?

No missing body cams, they weren’t wearing them. Which at the time, rightly or wrongly, was standard for West Mercia

While in the Holte against Wolves and admiring the Ugo banner in the corner, I couldn't help thinking that there was enough room for one of Dalian (and maybe GT) too.

There is one for both of them on the wall at the back of the Lower Holte.
