You were doing well a while back why did you fall off the wagon?

And once you get out of the habit it's easy to stay out of it.Back to running 3-4 times a week now though. Me and my eldest have signed up for a night time 10K race around Rutland Water next month, which I'm looking forward to.

Ha, funny you should say that. One of the mums at the Uppingham running club me and my eldest daugher Izzi go to brought her 7 year old son last night. We were doing some high intensity splits to start with, then finished with a 5K. This little bugger was dead quick, and he ran the final 2K as well. My daughter was laughing at me as I was determined I wasn't going to get beaten to the end by a little kid. "Well done dad, you showed him!" (accompanied by an eye roll)Got to take your victories where you can!
