London Marathon completed Sunday. Amazing event. Was aiming for sub 3:20 and got 3:08:51 so was chuffed with that.

Excellent stuff sv, well done. Great time.

Nice on Richard, it's technically a down hill marathon as well as I believe it has about a -10 metre descent overall.

6 weeks into the 16 week training plan for the London Marathon and very pleased with how it is going so far. I actually feel like there’s noticeable improvement in my endurance. It’s miles better than the (with the benefit of hindsight inadequate) training plan I followed when I did the Birmingham Marathon in 2017.
