Would it not be a good idea to buy a centre-half who can play on the left or the right?

Oh yeah, and let's have a striker that can take chances too. Come on mate, I know you're a communist, but some of your beliefs are unrealistic.

Add in a fullback that stops every cross, a keeper that stops every shot and we should be good for a top 8 finish

It might be a loan deal for Felix might pave the way for a permanent move/swap in the summer, but I can't see it now simply because of how short we'd be up front.

We can't loan both Disasi and Felix from them - and it sounds as though the Disasi one is happening.
Missed a trick by not saying that it's a Disasi waiting to happen.

Just seen Leverkusen have agreed a loan deal for Mario Hermoso from Roma. We were linked with him before he moved to Italy in the summer. He’s a left sided centre half.

Yep, we have two of them, so no need for another.

Yeah no problem with the current 2.

Edit. I think he might be right footed. Like Carlos was but used to play on the left for Seville.

Felix hasn't really settled anywhere has he (after a quick Google, apart from Madrid) and he's been to Chelsea twice now and they still don't seem to start him.

I think we should have a centre half who believes in God.

Bit disappointing after having one who was God.

Can we cut out the point scoring and general sniping at each other, the "I'm cleverer than you" stuff and just keep it mildly on topic please. It is really not needed and gets very tiresome.
Was going to comment on this particular issue, but it's not worth the effort, come on heroes and villains to get away from the real world, but it coming to the point where I sometimes can't be bothered with it

It has been mentioned a few times recently - the personal stuff really has become boring

Foyth and Disasi both rumoured to be close. I hope the fee for Foyth is low. Ezri and Disasi can both play left side centre back, but I have a feeling if we do sign both, Foyth will be right back a lot in the run in.

Can Ezri  Konsa play LCB? His left foot is mince.

He played at left back for England during the summer.

I like this. With God on our side anything is possible!
Though every player is precious to God be it a believer or not.

There's no such thing as 'God'. It's just a belief system that people use to prop up their brain. An excuse for shit that goes wrong. Therefore nothing can be precious to 'God'.

Up there with fairies, leprechauns, Father Christmas and the Easter Bunny, albeit more pernicious and apparently harder for some people to grow out of.

There's an excellent article in The Guardian website about how an outbreak of something that sounds like the plague in the 3rd century saved Christianity from obscurity.
