I still remember my first ever online search. It was 'tits'. I'm not proud of that, but I'm not as ashamed as I ought to be.
Did Birmingham city come up?

I know the highlights will be in BBC, but do yiu have to subscribe to TNT to watch the games live?
In UK TNT only for live games.
Not true any more, Amazon Prime has first pick for seventeen Tuesday night games.
Ah thanks for that, I didn't know.

Not surprising, given you were 45 when you first logged on to the internet.

They could ensure 9th play 24th, 10th play 23rd etc.

But that would then deny UEFA another 3 hour jolly to do the draw.

Also, one downside is you could play a team once in the league stage then soon after twice in the round of 16 qualifier which is not ideal?

They are doing it so 9th or 10th play 23rd or 24th, 11th or 12th v 21st or 22nd etc which gives them the chance to keep teams in different halves of the draw for political reasons if needed. Then after the play-off 9th or 10th (if they get through) would play 7th or 8th in Rnd of 16. So in theory every position matters. The top two in the league can’t meet again until the final - nor meet 3rd or 4th until the Semis.

I've mentioned it before but the first thing I ever did on the internet was find a football messageboard and abuse Man Utd fans, that would've been around 1996.
There should be medals given out for that sort of endeavour.

Not sure if anyone's mentioned it, but it would be quite fitting to draw Feyenoord away. Our 150th anniversary year, and where better to visit than the scene of our greatest ever triumph?

*I can also see us being drawn against Dougie.

It's a funny ole game.

Nah, I definitely had dial up pre Windows 95, I had it with Windows for Workgroups, or 3.1 as I think it was called.

All that fucking about with winsock.dll. What a nightmare that was.

Well then, you've no right to be calling yourself old for at least another 10 years. :)

Did anyone else try ICQ? That was quite a lively chat room, especially after about 10/11 pm when North  America joined in after their tea.
