Is there any sense how many points from the 8 games would be enough for qualification to the knock-outs? I guess we'd need 3 wins out of 4 at home to give us a fighting chance.
I think the format looks great, the only real problem is that there is a lack of difference between finishing 9-16th and 17th-24th. If they made the 9-16th vs 17th-24th round one leg with the higher-placed team at home, that would be better.

You are still playing the same sides from each 4 pots.
It looks abit messy not sure how they are gonna determine 8th if teams all have same points and GD for example. If head to heads were a draw as well then you have a right mess
