Ah yes I've heard good things about that place although we are at cross purposes between Wellington Rd, The Wellington and The Wellington Hotel.
Quote from: VillaTim on January 31, 2024, 03:49:57 PMi've had a look , it's basically a curry house masquerading as a pub. Not like there aren't enough curry houses in Brum already. They're ok, there's a couple by us , but if i wanted a curry i'd rather go to a proper restaurantThat's a dreadful description of a Desi pub. Go to Hen & Chicken as it may help you to expand your knowledge.

Never been mind, but handy for the number 11.we went there pre xmas - Indian Cafe Racer at the back of The Wellington. It's quite nice because there's 2 distinct parts to the building - Pub at the front / Indian at the back. So you can go for a pint without feeling like you're in a curry house and vice versa. My old favourite vinyl shop was next door now sadly closed down. (The Diskery)

Hen and Chickens is very popular, don’t be surprised if you need to book a table
