Good solid win. We played ok and thankfully that’s all that was needed to beat a terrible Everton side. Lots to work to do but something to build on. Emi B MOM cameo performance

Played appallingly until we got the penalty.

Lovely to get the win!

I thought we were awful other than the first 10 minutes and the last 20,
We do look dangerous when we attack but the central defence is a problem.

I raise a glass of whine to the Everton fans and say well done Villa! Luckily the Toffees were shite or we might not be celebrating three points. UTV!

Three points. That's what matters. On we go, job done.

Thought we were dog for large parts of the game but quality told in the end. Delighted for Ollie to hit 5 in a row

Easy as you like!

In all seriousness, if we want to play football out of the back then Buendia and Moreno have to play. Clean sheet, Ollie scored and had great hold up play for Emi’s goal, and we’re back climbing up the table. We, absolutely, still need to improve.

Not pretty. Not the most attractive, but I’ll take the result over the above.

Glad we knocked the 3 straight defeats out of the park.

Time to look up again.

Moreno is a defensive liability.
