I'm not sure being the only club in the land that can't work out how to make money from efficiently selling food and drink at games is the look the owners want to go for.
Spurs' new ground was designed and built with the aim of maximising revenue from all sources.The result?They take more on catering money than we do in ticket sales £15m a season.OK, their average attendance is higher, but they get c.£15 spend per punter per game.We need a radical overhaul of how we manage the whole process.

We don't have that - our tradition is to eat and drink well away from the ground and get close to Villa Park comparatively later.

Hopefully, but it will have to offer something different. Changing a mindset is a difficult business.
