Thought he was really good when he came on last night. Great attitude as well.

I love Emi too. He's also got to remember that there's no guarantee Coutinho will still be here in three months time so he should be using this time to learn as much from him as possible so if he's the main man again next season he's even better for it.

I'm sure there will still be games when both Phil and Emi will start, but until then I like how he is not sulking and seems genuinely pleased to be back-up to Phil.
I'm sorry to say this, but I think he is sulking. After Brighton he did come over to the away fans but didn't look very happy. After Saints and again last night he walked straight off down the tunnel without acknowledging the fans or joining the other players. Should we be worried about this or am I reading too much into it?

He wants to play every 90 minutes. Can't blame him for being upset when he's lost his place even when playing well.
I was basing my judgement on the hug he gave Phil at half time.

Agreed. Buendia's got an abundance of skill, but doesn't have an effect on a game as often as he should in terms of scoring and assists, which is why he's on the bench at the moment.

I think he is ideal to fit into Phils shoes going forward

This guy absolutely has to play. We looked a different team with him on the pitch pulling the strings.

I imagine that's Bailey done for the season, so no reason Buendia shouldn't start against Burnley.

I’m not saying it’s the right decision but doubt he’ll start because Ings replaced bailey, did very well and he won’t drop Coutinho.

He's an extremely talented player, you saw as soon as he came on today - even the little flicks and touches, just superb.

Great strength for a little 'un to fend off Norwich's defender for the layback to Ings' goal.

Held their defenders off brilliantly for Ings' goal. I love him, he's a joy to watch. I wish more of his teammates were in tune with him.

I’d like to see him play at Burnley as two numbers 10’s, he too much for the blunt instrument that Burnley are.
