I think you are both right. PWS is on about the North Stand, you are on about the Trinity based on the after picture. I would have thought that would have needed planning permissions to do as well.

I don’t see how you can remove that gangway in between the lower and middle Trinity - How would wheelchair users get to their spots? I think it’s just that the focus of that picture is The North Stand and there’s no accuracy of the faded Trinity in the background.
Also, could they be moving the tunnel into the corner there in that pic? That would make room for a few more seats as well.
