NSWE have just cashed in some chips by accepting Comcast’s money. Banking the gains they’ve made

Reducing the outlay more like.

Or creating a bigger cake, the majority stake of which will be bigger than owning the whole cake.

They need to create a bigger cake, then.

Maybe another layer, some sort of topping (not marzipan) (although that isn't really a topping is it?) and perhaps some figurines on top.

And candles.

If NSWE were looking to build a new stadium my guess is, including planning you would be looking at least 5-6 years to get it done. Therefore investing 25 m to be able to charge more for GA+ over that time probably pays for itself.

Whatever they are doing I think they need to explain what the plan is in the next 12-18 months or risk losing a lot of goodwill, which they are burning through already.

Marzipan is great.

There’s so much we agree on, but you always get the big calls wrong.

Marzipan is great, I don't trust anyone who doesn't like a good Battenberg.

I don’t want your trust in that case Paul. It’s a bad deal.

I also don't trust anyone who looks like Adrian Chiles so you never stood a chance!

One day I’m going to go Full Wee Mazrim about this Chiles stuff. Except I can’t, because Mazrim was actually wee, whereas I look like George Best just before he died, as I’ve mentioned before.

Edit: you’d think your LeeBs, Your Rodderses, your Rissos, your Purpletrouserses, your Dave Woohalls  , people who’ve met me, would nip this Chiiles stuff in the bud. Can’t help but think there’s another agenda at play here. #deepstate

It's just jealousy mate, we can't all be jovial, lunchtime political presenters with a face that brings a tea towel holder to mind.
