Anyway, I don't think the RFU have any intention of leaving Twickenham, they're rebuilding it. So it's a moot point.

They amount of time they can be let out for use by others is massively reduced by the fact they have to meet a standard set by the PL just for a few weeks use in the summer.

As I said on the FB page, it's hard to make out the details but it looks like it's dated 2022, which if correct makes it pre-Heck and therefore not worth getting excited about.
