I have it on good authority that the players are not particularly enamoured with that monstrous carbuncle, and as for the new tunnel......
The tunnel is shit. Heck said it was too friendly before and it is hardly any less friendly.  Just an excuse to put up that shit font. I thought they at least make it interesting. St Pauli have the best player tunnel I've seen in person.

Did I miss anything with the tunnel?  After Heck said other clubs would 'sit up and notice' I was expecting... well I don't know what I was expecting tbh.

I guess what I wasn't expecting was just a lick of grey paint and some fluorescent strip lights.

Ndidi says he found a nicer player tunnel on Saturday.

I know I keep banging on about it, but the font is fucking dreadful, and it's absolutely bloody everywhere.

If we're not careful and give this sanctimonious fool a free reign over the redevelopment of Villa Park, we'll live to regret it. Ask the fans what we want ...then deliver something crap that nobody wanted. He's rapidly turning into a liability.

Given our recent board appointments include specialists in Stadium and infrastructure build, I'm pretty sure we'll have a proper plan.

I'm sure there is lots going on at boardroom level regarding stadium redevelopment, or possibly moving away from the current site. Unfortunately this won't be happening anytime soon. In the meantime, and what's rattling a few cages on here, and with fans in general, are the daft things that are going on in and around the stadium, which Heck has overseen.

The colour scheme and font in the tunnel remind me of the drinks board at somewhere you 'do brunch'. The sort of place that prominently advertises a 'Bloody Caesar' as today's drink special, and it arrives in a jam jar glass with a stick of celery stuck in it.

The new tunnel looks crap, the old one was better.

I've a feeling the plan is to move away from VP despite what heck says.
The shambles of ticket pricing for the cl allied to the sudden state of VP urinals and the issues with turnstiles/staff versus arsenal (these things were fine last game of last season and going digital shouldn't have affected things) and the ongoing problems with catering within the ground is giving heck the narrative to say we're going to have to move away from VP because the infrastructure is suddenly not there. He'll argue Increased capacity elsewhere may assist in lowering ticket prices for fans, but only after he's attempted to price the ordinary fan from attending. To me there appears to be a certain deliberation about events since the start of this season and it will be interesting to see if the matchday experience improves vs Everton.
I want us to stay in Aston B6 and heck will be aware that the feeling to do so would be quite strong, so what better way to break the will of supporters than to oversee the recent avoidable shambles.
It's only my feeling, but if this is the approach of heck to force a move from B6, then moving in itself wouldn't stop me from attending a new venue, but the approach in achieving such an objective would certainly leave a bitter taste.
Imo it's always best to have the fans on board in effecting change. Heck imv appears to be doing anything but bringing the fans along with him.

Wouldn't bother me not being in Aston. It would bother me if any new prospective site was rubbish though.
