The comments page under the BBC match report is amusing.  Villa are awful to watch apparently, anti-football and divers. Aw did we not roll over for super attractive Leeds?Diddums. And as for diving and play acting, I give you.... Llorente.

Very professional performance.

Back 5 and Marvelous were superb.
McGinn and Ramsey ran their socks off. Sanson looked accomplished when he came on.
Watkins was his usual busy self and AEG was excellent.
Traore was the only slight disappointment for me today.

I'm still not a fan of man-buns.
This.
And ....
Targett was walking a fine line with his challenges; pumped up, or what?!
Martinez continues to amaze me with his composure.
Ramsey is a cool dude: keep it simple, and move into space. Alright!
We need to release Morgan soon -he looks ready to have a big game.
Trez beat opponents when he came on!
Fair play to Elmo for playing it just right.
Mings and Konza look formidable.

Oh, and: Leeds should be docked points for the state of that pitch - someone (along with Romeu) is going to get seriously hurt.

I love that Tyrone has learned how to boot it into Row Z

Same on the Grauniad. Sometimes, top teams win dirty.

I'm still purring over Konsa's little shimmy in the box with about 15 mins to go.  Wins the ball, drifts between the attackers and plays the pass like it's no big deal.  Was like watching McGrath in his prime.

And he did it all in front of Southgate.  There is no way he wasn't impressed.

I think that was our first win at Elland Road since Southgate scored the winner there way back when.

It was. The commentator referenced that game in his commentary.

Konsa this season has been ace.  You don’t mostly notice him.  And that’s because he just deals with stuff and just clears up  - no fuss .  A great reader of the game.  I think him and Targett this season have been a rock.

That was a tremendous performance, well done lads. I thought it might be a long evening when they got a shot off in the first minute, but other than that one in the last minute, don't think they really troubled us at all.

And I always take great enjoyment from Little Lord Fauntleroy Bamford drawing a blank

Yes it was funny when ailing became Kate bush

Withering Whites?

Happy my good feeling about this game proved correct and that Dean shook things up. We've now got a few more options and a good opportunity to move up the table over the next few games.

Brilliant result, well done to the team, and especially well done to Dean Smith, who by all accounts outthought Bielsa. Cracking stuff.

10pts off 2nd place, with a game in hand and 14 left to play. 6pts off 4th with 2 games in hand.

This season may or may not work out, but as far as "transitional" seasons go it's a good 'un. Nice to be in the position we are at this stage of the season.

Excellent performance, nobody has kept Dirty Leeds that quiet all season.

Only downside is that we're not able to keep the ball well enough when we get it.
