He made a stupid mistake that cost us big time.

What about all the times he's saved us?

Cost us big time- you said it.

Making saves is his job. Keepers save their sides every week. So many examples even from just this weekend.

Another 50 performances like today and he’ll be half way to making up for his stupidity in the last game of last season.

And how many excellent games do the rest of the players from that match need to have to make up for their performances?

In the name of consistency and fairness, it also has to be 50 for all the other Villa players who got recklessly sent off that day.

So every player who barely performed for 90 mins gets a pass, but the player who kept us in it for 45 mins needs FIFTY games to repent. Does Konsa need 50 games for the sending off against Newcastle?

Well your argument seems to be if a player is sent off for being the last man, they need 50 game saving performances to make up for it. Konsa got sent off as last man against Newcastle so........
