None of us will remember any of this shit if he comes back and starts playing a blinder again.

That's because football is all about getting morally outraged and righteous, then forgetting it all at the first hint of expediency.

If he wants to stay in England, I wonder who could afford his wages in Jan/next summer? Maybe Chelsea if Sanchez continues to be, well, Sanchez. I'm really surprised they still have him as number 1 unless I have missed a transfer.

I get the anger i really do. But while he is a villa player i see it pointless to turn on him.

As long as he puts his all on the pitch to redeem  himself then i can forget and move on

Hang on, you scream and moan and complain about a bad bit of play but you want to forgive someone desperate to fucking leave for that bunch of wankers? What the fuck?

If im negative about something you are moaning at me

Give guy a second chance and try be positive you start moaning at me.  Cant win can i?

I think you need to think about that. I mean what the fuck?

Chelsea no longer pay anywhere near what he's on here, which is one of the reasons they seem to be good at this transfer lark.

Im not sure we do either - moving to a less risky wage structure from my understanding.

Didn't know that. I just assumed they would have paid decent wages still to the likes of Felix, for instance. And we all laughed at Todd Boehly with his shit hair.

Chelsea still throw big money around, by all accounts Delap, Joao Pedro, Hato, Garnacho and Bynoe-Gittens are all on £100k+ per week and that's just signings this summer. What they do seem to have stepped back from is the truly obscene wages they were giving to people like Sterling but I doubt they'd be too worried at throwing £150k-ish at the right player.

Who Martinez? I thought the reports when he signed his new deal were in the £150k region but I might be wrong.

Compared to self obsessed gobshites platforming themselves on Facespace for likes, yeah I'd say so.

Fuck Martinez, the absolute rat. Hes got a long fucking road back this season before we fire his kermit the frog backside out of the club next summer.
