I thought rashford was good - but I just dont think we could afford his wages based on the multiples.  he would be taking a pretty big pay cut.

Cool, £20m + Rashford and he can become the latest player that they ruin.

I'd be absolutely fine with that kind of deal.  Z

Yep. Emery clearly loves Rashford, and he without doubt has the extra yard of pace in behind that
makes us way more effective away from home at 9, and a proper threat from the left at home. If Emi does want United, that is the kind of deal I can see it being.

How long does Rashford have left with pace in his legs though ?

Or regresses back into the Rashford that 4 x different managers at OT had serious issues with. It's those flickers of potential that excite us, v PSG for example. At his best he does give us options all across the forward line.

I've no idea why Martinez would be interested in going to OT. Amorim is a bad start away from being fired.

I don't know what he wants but it's unlikely he's going to rule himself in or out of any club at the moment when there's so much uncertainty about where he'll end up. There's also the fact that the media still love a pile on and if he was to come out publicly and state anything about any club they'd jump on it immediately. Rushford fails with dream move. Rashford settles for Villa. Even Villa won't sign Rashford etc. etc.

I'll never boo Emi.  But if he did go to Man U it would feel a bit dirty.

Id be shocked If Emi wnt Manure , another thing that would pi55 me off about that club especially when he got sent off against them and made the job harder for champions league entry especially when I was hearing he wants champions league and then goes to them with no europe.
Very disapointed If this is true so hoping its just clickbait bollocks.

If he went to ManUre he'd be dead to me and I wish a flood of jammy deflections past him until he retires.

Swap him for Rashford and we win every game against them with a 98th minute screamer from him.

theres no way we can allow him to play for any other english club. he is a weapons grade c*nt for opposition fans.  if you think yorke kissing the manu badge or judas grealo's antics were bad, this guy will surely be next level. and you think he'd switch it off for two games a season just cos its against Villa and politley applaud all four stands after the game? no chance, he nearly caused a riot in lille, he'll be licking his lips thinking how he can antagonise everyone in the house and get 3 points for his current paymasters.
Remain at VP or sell abroad, there is no alternative worth considering.

I don't recall him particularly playing up when we've played against Arsenal. Have I missed something?

Has there been any developments? I've seen a couple of podcasters convinced he's going there and yesterday's tweet/x on the summer transfers thread.

To misquote Oscar Wilde, losing 1 goalkeeper in a single transfer window looks like misfortune, to lose both looks like carelessness!

Would be very painful to see him go to Man Utd - not to mention a hugely bizare decision for his career.  I really hope it doesnt happen as it will leave a bad taste in the mouth for countless reasons.

Yes it would be very strange, career wise Chelsea would be the better option in England.

Quite frankly, either way his career can to get fuck.  And I don't say that in any particularly nasty way despite how it might sound.
