Why would he go there, it's a shitshow.

It would explain why he was in tears after the Spurs game.

"IF" and its a fucking massive If he goes to Man united whilst being a very strange move all together would cast a major doubt over his character. With that sending off at Old Trafford in the last game. It would warrant a proper investigation into match fixing etc.

Cocks eyebrow, sounds like it could be an discipline at the event Dogtanian is organising on the Grealish thread.

So at 32 with him having won everything at international level and little at club level the rumours are that Emi would happily land at a club not even in any form of European competition. Good grief you can just about make anything nowadays.

A big part of why I had to quote it was to preserve it as the excellent post it was.

I do know a couple of years ago Emi was sure he was going to United before they bought Onana, maybe even the summer before I'm not sure. There's been very long standing interest there. Changing agent to Mendes clearly has a goal in mind. If he can get £300k a week for 4 years at United and be part of their upswing I can see how it would appeal to his ego.

Cool, £20m + Rashford and he can become the latest player that they ruin.

I'd be absolutely fine with that kind of deal.

Yep. Emery clearly loves Rashford, and he without doubt has the extra yard of pace in behind that makes us way more effective away from home at 9, and a proper threat from the left at home. If Emi does want United, that is the kind of deal I can see it being.

It isn't.  With Emery in charge, we are a very different club to the one Jack Grealish left.

I'd be gutted if he went to another English club, mixed with apoplectic rage if he ends up there. They'll still win their next honour before we do, mind.

It would be incredibly difficult to replace Martinez, not far off Grealish levels I think. It's his presence, WC winning keeper, distribution, shot saving, decision making a bit suspect last season but usually spot on, dominates our box. We aren't going to find anybody who ticks all those boxes, so it's a punt on developing a keeper.

Harder to replace than Bozzy surely.
