It's tough attracting a quality number 2 when the number 1 is so good that the number 2 is unlikely to get any game time at all

It'd be tough to attract one who'd be shitter than Olsen.

Recent history suggests maybe not.

Emi is an absolutely massive factor in Argentina becoming winners. Messi has been sensational this World Cup, but in a very real way Villa have contributed to arguably the best player to ever play the game winning the World Cup.

He’s our Word Cup Winner medal holder and that is going to intimidate anyone who has to face him after January 1, remembering he especially loves saving penalties.

This might be amongst the most important (non penalty) saves he will ever make in his career

Has to be up there as save of the tournament.
Brilliant save

Save of the season for me, given the context of the match.

We did have Neil Rioch who was a ball boy at the 1966 world cup final - does that count?

That’s a great fact!

He was the first Englishman to touch the ball.

I wouldn't imagine that he considers himself an Englishman.

Bruce played for Scotland, Neil capped for England youth.
Didn’t realise (before my time) both were on my adopted Luton’s books

England youth = England schoolboys, I think. Who you play for is decided by what country your school is in, like Ryan Giggs played for England schoolboys.

I imagine this will be Argentina's equivalent to the Gordon Banks save in 1970. Absolutely amazing save that stopped France from winning the World Cup in near enough the last minute of Extra Time and force penalties, where to be honest, I think most people would have said favoured Argentina. Truly memorable moment in time.

Brilliant save, it seemed a certainty France would score. Wasn't the worst shot either, miracle save really. Master of the penos too, no surprise there.
