A mate I play music and football (and a goalie too!) with is Argentinian and he says Mar-teen-eth.
A bit weird that a current PL player (Ben Foster) is already embracing the podcast/youtube-media career. Hope Hodgson knocks it on the head and tells him to behave himself. Plenty of time for that, sunshine. Second admonishment of Foster is he, like his media pals, mispronounce Emi's surname, with the stress in the wrong place. Wish Emi had put him right.
