Didn't watch the second half because of been one nil down and the Liverpool commentators, how was he second half, sensible replies please

Barely touched it. Malen, Barkley and Sancho all looked more dangerous when they came on.

Like most of the Villa team worse than in the first half.

He looks poor because the whole team looks poor from an attacking point.

We've replaced Rashford / Sancho, Bailey / Guessand & Asensio / Elliott. All of whom have contributed nothing.

Add in the fact that we've lost the creativity from Tielemans & you can see why we struggle.

With the service he's getting it would be difficult for anyone to look good.

Yep largely agree with that. We are not creating the chances you’d expect a centre forward to take.

There's quite a lot of times of late when he doesn't even look like a Premier League player let alone a top one.

And to be honest I'm a bit sick of the 'creating chances for him' stuff, it's hard to get up the pitch if he keeps giving the ball away and he was just as bad (and moaning about it) when we had the players listed above.

I just think some people have a particular negative view and are locked in on that. He’s clearly struggling - but it’s no coincidence that it coincides with us creating very few chances. He was very good against Citeh, that was a game ago.

He was alright against City and ballsed a clean through he was clear favourite to reach, I think some people have a clear positive view and are locked in on that.

We create nothing. Going forward we are neutered by having total guff like Guessand not having the ability to contribute attacking wise. We've gone from Bailey, Diaby, Asensio and Rashford to Guessand, Malen, Elliot and Sancho.

Massive step down. The later two have contributed nothing this season at all apart from costing us a shed load of wages and Guessand is a bust. Monchi's parting gift in his shit show of transfer windows.

Ollie isn't the problem.

we're not creating anywhere near enough - wonder if Harvey Elliott is a better option.

Ollie is part of the problem and has been for about 18 months, but as we're financially constrained here we are.

If you don't agree, ask your self why the manager was starting an on loan natural left winger in front of him in the biggest games last season.

The hypocrisy surrounding this player is ridiculous.

I say he doesn't score enough goals and people say "but he gets a lot of assists!"

Well how many of those has he got this season? He is also part of that problem.

Last time I checked he was also allowed to create chances for others.

Trying to create chances when he should shoot and shooting when he should create chances is part of the problem.

if we want to get into the Champions League season after season then we need Ollie to score more to get us there, but he needs more opportunities/chances creating for him - but to be fair, he's also pretty wasteful - all in all, to summarise, all the forward players need to do better.
