No point in guessing I suppose, we'll have to wait until Smith wildly over/under exaggerates the extent of the injury in his press conference on Friday! ;)

It looked like a bit of a pull, he got a nudge (legally with a shoulder) just as he was trying to stop and went over pretty awkwardly, didn't look like anything in it that would be a major injury but could easily have made him overstretch and then taking him off as a precaution makes sense. I'm not convinced he'll even have missed any training.

Even with our track record of Injuries ?

I'm being brave but I just didn't see anything in it to suggest an injury that will see him out for ages. You do get injuries from fairly innocuous stuff but I don't think that's the case here.

We took him off straight away at least, so we're learning.

Yes, at least we didn’t try to get him to run it off

Smith says "weeks" in terms of his absence so obviously out on Sunday. We haven't fared too badly injuries wise this season so it's another test coping without him, he's been bob on all season.

Oh bollocks, he’s been bloody ace. I was still hopeful for him to be just struggling with a twinge. Not sure I would like Traore in front of Elmo so Smith surely must shake things up a bit and not just swap like for like with Cash and Elmo and Trez for Traore.

Any chance you could let me have the lottery numbers Mystic Meg?!

Yeah, Cash was particularly good because he got no help down his side. The idea of Elmo and Traore would keep me awake at night.

Has to be Trez just to help Elmo out.

A few weeks Smith said.  Which if you consider Barkley might have been back for the wolves game and didn’t appear until new year is a tad concerning.

We’ve only got four games between now and the end of March, so not all bad.
