And while we're moaning about our continuing technical ineptitude, (1) it took me half an hour after paying for yesterday's game for the site to stop telling me I was blocked and finally let me watch it, and (2) the new synced calendar is a) shit in that it makes no distinction between the men's and women's fixtures, but also b) wrong, no mention of the Burton game and seemingly oblivious to not only the fact that our first two league games have been moved to the Mondays, it also can't decide if the Fulham game is on Saturday or Sunday.

I didn’t cash in with my ST and let it roll over

I did have 3 under my name (2 x kids)
is there any way you can check to see how much money you have in your account anywhere ?

it wont be on your a/c mate they will issue you e-mails with the credits on, you can then use them when you want against tickets

I don’t suppose there’s any rush at the moment as the next time we are buying tickets for actual live games  could be a while away

John I am same as you 1 senior 2 juniors and I have had loads of evoucher emails from the club today. Not looked at those properly so far and I trust them to get it right  but I think it’s money credit Linked to matches not attended last season during and post lockdown.

Had my 6 emails earlier. They must be used by 30/09/21. Cannot believe they’ve put a date they must be used by when no one knows when we will return.

i’ve just got 12 emails with 12 different vouchers. I had hoped that when we can renew i could just take the lot off in one go without messing around.

Received my Email this Afternoon containing 6 E-Vouchers , I imagine the club expect those to be used for individual Fixtures when they decide how to select a 25% of Capacity Crowd if and when the Government give the go ahead .

The Email contains no other information and looks very unprofessional

I got 6 emails with a voucher to cover each missed game. Presumably they keep my money until I get chance to buy another season ticket, whenever that might be.
