yes I have received 6 vouchers - any idea what this means if and when we are allowed back into the ground - I assume that anyone who has the e-vouchers will have priority to get a ticket in any sort of ballot? (a bit like the away scheme)

I think the expiry date thing is a bit mean.

Nope, it was made very clear at the time that cash v credit would have no impact on future tickets.

By giving the vouchers a cash value I assume prices will go up as well or we’ll have to pay current individual match day prices and use the voucher towards it. Either way I can’t see me using them for a while yet.

so the expiry date is next september - if I apply in the ballot for every home game that is played with the reduced capacity and don't get a ticket for any of them- does that mean that I will lose my money that I have not been able to spend?

if that is the case - I will be contacting Trading Standards

I presume you will get back what money you don't use. It's a bit early to be threatening Trading Standards.

There's a chap on Twitter having a meltdown because his vouchers do not let him buy away tickets or stuff from the club shop. He 'feels cheated' apparently.

There's no way the club will let this happen.  I'm 100% confident they will extend the timetable as necessary.

I've been emailed  my mates vouchers ! I have obviously forwarded them on , but haven't had mine . The ticket office phone line is closed. Has anyone used a email to correspond with the club . I'm assuming   ticketsales@avfc.co.uk won't be monitored ?

Received our e-vouchers yesterday.
Now all I need is a Villa Village parking permit refund and I'll be done!
