I want to hear more from the strange folk that want to blame a woman for his drop in form.

When I got together with my Mrs, my form got better. I think I was getting fitter.

Speaking of which, I'm getting a little unfit again...

They were trying to get him sent off. Was it Caicdeo who was rolling around, the cheating little ******, feigning a stamp.

Yep, little prick, worst part was he took a second to think before acting like he'd been stamped on, if the ref had any balls he should've sent him off because it was such blatant cheating.

Precisely the same thing happened for McGinn getting his marching orders against Spuds.

It isn't Tielemans role, but the two matches when it was McGinn and Tielemans in there, we looked a whole lot better then the ones where it was McGinn and Luiz or Tielemans and Luiz.
Tielemans is on another level to Luiz though . Luiz needs to learn from YT and try and reach his levels .

That is something that I vehemently disagree with.

And I am someone who used to question his role before Emery improved him ten fold, AND, he was playing in his correct position.

Tielemans is far from Douglas Luiz level at the things that Tielemans is decent at. The rest of his game, there is no comparison.

When playing in his correct position, Douglas Luiz is one of the finest midfielders in the world.

Tielemans is a decent option for our bench.

In my humble opinion of course...

If he played for Spurs we'd all be slating him and noticing the flaws. He's a very good player, but not elite .

We do notice his flaws. He gets criticised when it's applicable.

I used to say quite a bit negative about him & labelled him a "jack of all trades & master of none" not so long ago.

He didn't play for Spurs then though.

But at that time, he was playing in Smith & Gerrards teams, in the wrong position.

When he has been playing in his correct position & Emery has worked with him at improving his game, he has improved more than any player at Villa & is now one of the finest midfielders in the world.

His recent poor form, after an absolutely stellar season up until then, has coincided with Kamara missing through injury & Douglas Luiz having to step back into the position that is not his natural game.

I think that it is a ridiculous thing to say that "if he played for Spurs we would slate him", as we pretty much all slate our own players at times when they are not performing.

Especially as a lot of people recognise that Spurs have several excellent footballers who all get credit on here from time to time.

So, please, don't put negative words into other peoples mouths just because there are so fucking many that are stuck in yours...

If you'd read my post properly you'd have seen the words "very good player" . In my opinion some of the fawning over him "one of the finest midfielders in the world" is ridiculously OTT and my point was if he played for Spurs nobody would bracket him with such elite levels.
