Honestly, I know it got lost in the brouhaha around Gerrard but the decisions for the penalty and especially this red were utterly disgraceful. The idea that you VAR a red card into being then, effectively, VAR it out of being, I'm sorry, it's a complete farce.

The sensible approach would be a booking for Luiz for aggression and an Oscar to Mitrovic for simulation.
Both refs involved should be suspended. You need to be certain for a red card, not just make it up.
