Thoughts for Bjorn Engels who has been injured for ages now. If we started the new season tomorrow he’s now a back up to Konsa on the right. Konsa and Mings if we play with the discipline next year as we’ve shown since the restart are a solid mid table CB pairing.

He's allegedly had a row with Deano and on his way out.
Konsa was outstanding tonight.

Good game by Konsa, it's nice to see him developing.

The Engels thing is odd, he looked really good for a few games and I though he could turn in to an excellent player for us.

Konsa is going to be a great player.
We seem to have a good pairing at centre back now.

While this is rumoured to be true, he also has a achilleas injury.

Konsa class act.
Vs Sheff Utd absolute a hero

Been saying he'll be in England squad and with Southgate  watching on he like us all can't help be impressed.

Well played EK

I really like this lad.  He could do with winning more in the air defensively but is quick and reliable.

Rose above Stevens (formerly of this parish) like a one legged salmon and put his header in just about the only place Ramsdale couldn't get to.

He's coming good. Looks a quality player and a shrewd bit of business. More importantly, he and Tyrone seem to have found a good cohesion. We've lack a good partnership for a while, so it's been promising to see them begin to form more of an understanding. Ezri was superb today.
