Dawson making them quite silly for failing to pick him for three years.

Maybe but it's a dream wicket for him here.

It is, but he’s done more than enough to have more of a chance than he’s been given.

I agree completely, he's been unfairly overlooked for ages, I just mean he'll be loving the fact that he's been handed a chance that was a free hit.

Correct.

Obviously, they'll bottle it as usual. At least it isn't an Australia vs India final, I suppose.

As well as England have batted, the Windies fielding has been atrocious.

As well as England have batted, the Windies fielding has been atrocious.

In both the ODI’s and T20’s they’ve been poor in the field and their bowlers have been pretty average too. Their batting line up is strong and they got reasonably close to our total without it being uncomfortable, but when they lose their best players to franchise cricket they will always be the perennial strugglers.

World cricket needs a strong Windies team, watching their great teams in the 70’s & 80’s made me fall in love with game and it’s sad to see them struggle.

Agree on all fronts. Would like to see a rebalancing of power away from England, Australia and, especially, India, but I suspect I'll be waiting a while.

I didn’t realise how much I appreciate Sky’s slick cricket coverage until I watched this ICC coverage, the coverage/processing of reviews has been amateurish and they seem to return from ad breaks very late.

A decent hour since lunch for the crims, when the sun comes out at Lords batting suddenly gets easier.

It's on Radio 5 if that's any better, if you're able to sync it to the pictures.
