I reckon Footy knew Bruce Willis was a ghost straight away.

I did. But to be fair, my mate who recommended watching it told me there was a twist so I was on alert.

I definitely clocked but not straight away. Your mate sounds annoying :D... "Watch this film, I swear you won't believe who Keyser Soze is!!!"

He is annoying actually, but for reasons that are irrelevant on the football part of the site.

One of your Danny Dyer mates, Percy? 😉

I don’t find my Danny Dyer mates annoying unless they’ve got dodgy politics. This one is not a DD, but he has got dodgy politics.

Say no more.

In my defence I was moaning about Gerrard making him play in that insane position way before I started moaning about how crap he was at it.

John always dreamed of Shropshire

He’s down at Bob Warman’s static caravan at Oswestry for the bank holiday.

Knowing what Bob is like, he probably got McGinn to speak with an old mate at the Shropshire Star in return for letting him have the ‘van.

I think it was a tactical master stroke by Emery today to isolate McGinn on that absolute carthorse Burn. And John despite all the kicks, fouls and rough stuff stood up really well. Bravo sir.

Couple of bits of top captaincy too…when Ramsey was clattered in first half he was heading off towards the dugout and McGinn gestered for him to go off the other side so he would rejoin the game in correct position & also when the 3rd goal went in rather than celebrate he haired over to Unai to let him that Ramsey needed to come off.

Seems so long ago that he looked lost under that idiot playing that stupid auxiliary full back role

He’s mirroring Emery in many ways now. At Leicester when all the players we’re celebrating with Traore, John was off to the dressing room. Even today, celebrate for a minute then off. Its business. I absolutely love him and he was my MoM today amongst all the great peformances.

The was a moment today when he was up against Burn in a foot race and although he’s half as tall you just knew he’d have the strength to hold Burn off, which he did and drew the foul. He was everywhere. Tremendous display.

The challenge in the first minute after Ollie hit the post set the tone, he absolutely slammed Burn because the opportunity presented itself
