Annecy, in the north of the French Alps, is called "the Venice of Savoie" — a well-deserved title. The medieval town centre built around a 14th-century chateau is dissected by small canals and streams running out of Lac Annecy, which is clean, fresh and a wonderful azure colour.

Not my words, Dante Lavelli, the words of Wikivoyage.

Sounds a lot like Brummie then.

Seen a few reports saying that the percentage is 'around 30%', and just seen one that said the club haven't confirmed the figure.

That suggests it will be just under 30%, in line with the other investments, so it completely avoids any issues with UEFA.

Apparently 30%, as reported in this thread back in January!

Without trying to justify it, I think it depends. I’d say the Citeh/Chelsea model is more exploitative than the model we’re following. But that may be my C & B specs coming through.

I think rich men just like collecting stuff. You start with one football club and that is fine. A few years go by and you buy a 2nd. Before you know it you own a whole stable of them.
