Depends if it is actually 30% or 29.9% or something, I guess.

I think the 30% threshold triggers UEFA to look, but I think you can get away with it if you can prove you have no influence on the internal goings on in the team?

Not sure at what level the football is in that league, but it sounds like it's going to be a potential destination for some of our young players to experience first team football.
