Before I do have you a treadmill or access to one? And what about cross training? Do you want pure running or some strength stuff in there too? You don’t need to.
Could I be incredibly cheeky please ? I can do a sub 50 minute 10k and would like to build to a half and would be targeting 1hr 45. Is the plan you wrote for your daughter a generic one I can get from anywhere or - even better - would you be willing to share it ? Apologies if I've asked too much and feel free to just ignore.

At this age I'm not worth the investment in an interview and all that but would happily pay you for something that could help me extend my current running.
