Yes, not good when the Texans beat your team comfortably. Can't believe how rubbish the Chargers are this year.

It just doesn't makes sense...

3 days later and I am still trying to wrap my head around what happened.

We are running the WORST, and I mean the WORST plays possible.

We are down by 3 points... THREE POINTS at the half.

ONLY 3 points!!! this was a MUCH MORE THAN WINNABLE GAME!!!!
What do they do?

PULL THE QUARTERBACK!!!!  the FIVE TIME PROBOWL QB!!!

They essentially mailed the season in!

This was a must win game.

THEY HAD A WINNING RECORD!!!

What the hell is Andy Reid thinking!  He is listening too much to the fans and trying to make everyone happy.

The QB they put, that Kevin Kolb out of Houston has never had significant minutes in an NFL game (or a big time college game for that matter) and gets blown away!!!

They decided to start REBUILDING in the middle of a WINNING SEASON!!!!

The new QB sucks and gets BLOWN OUT.

Why? not because he sucks (which he does), but because they run the EXACT SAME PLAYS THAT HAVEN'T WORKED ALL YEAR!!!!

THEN YESTERDAY AFTER THEY HAD PRETTY MUCH GIVEN UP ON THE SEASON THE YEAR BEFORE. THEY DECIDE TO START DONOVAN AGAIN!!!

AFTER THEY HAD THROWN AWAY THE SEASON BY LOSING THAT MUST WIN GAME!!!!

I just can't get my head around this...

What is this world coming to!?!?!?!?

Wasn't Andy Reid recently voted the worst Head Coach in the NFL, just ahead of the Charger's Head Coach??

We were lucky, played them with westbrook out injured - he is the eagles main weapon. NFC East is probably the toughest there is.

What a weird week.

The Jet's lose (which should finally shut up all of the NEW Jet's fans that popped up this year), and Green Bay lost! Which I can't believe, because I am rooting for the kid.
Also, I hate the Patriots, but my new hate of the jet's and brett favre may be greater.

also, the best QB in the league, New Orleans Drew Brees threw three interceptions.  He didn't get benched either.  It must be nice to have a competent coach.

sorry avfcpg, but I looked at which game was on TV tonight and was none too thrilled to see that it was the Raiders against the Chargers.

Still - Chicago Bears next Thursday (technically Friday)  \:D/

fight eagles fight/ on the road to victory/ fight eagles fight/ score a touchdown 1-2-3/ hit em low/ hit em high/ and watch those eagles fly/ fight eagles fight/

E-A-G-L-E-S eagles!

If you do come to the states to see a game, start saving money now.

Every football game sells out, and if you are coming for a game, you are probably coming to one of the major cities ie. Philly, New York, Chicago, Boston  (not Clevo) etc. and those tickets cost a bunch.

I stupidly started watching it at some unearthly time this morning...switched it off and recorded the rest part way through the 2nd quarter...woeful. Don't think I will bother watching the recording somehow...

About time AL sold up or at least got a coach in that can put a decent defence together...
