I was surprised by that - read an article only yesterday saying he was going to make it.

It's a shame, but if he's achieved nothing else, he's made it that little bit easier for the next man.

I see the Packers start against the reigning champions on Friday (1am). Why Sky are advertising it as being Thursday at 1am, I don't know. Yes, it's a Thursday night game over there but it's gone into Friday over here.

Welker's had yet another concussion, so keep an eye on available WR's

I saw he was questionable for first week but thought he might be worth picking as a low pick then keeping on the bench for a bit. How long do you think he'd likely be out for?

As self-appointed Assistant GM of your team, I thought that I'd better let you know that Wes has now been banned for 4 games for using Speed

Fuck's sake. I'll have to look into trading him when I get home from work.

Going away the weekend so may have to watch about sixteen hours worth of NFL in the space of four hours on Monday night. May need to buy three more tellies.

Michael Sam has signed for the Cowboys practice squad.

Therefore, he's only a couple of injuries to other players away from an appearance at Wembley

The Cowboys are dreadful, so if you're a rookie there's got to be a decent chance of playing for them at some stage.

Sorry for interrupting the pre season NFL chat but my nephew has just started at OU and has been banging on at me about following the Sooners results this season. I know little enough abt NFL but College football is a mystery to me as what little I've been able to glean from the web is to put it bluntly mystifying? It seems to indicate that the division OU play in is the Big 12 but if they win or finish near the top of that what happens then? Help!!!
