All sorted with many thanks to Charleeco

You have to switch relationships to app share for those over 14
Didn’t have to do it last season

Bloody hell, thank you so much John (and Charleeco).  I had no idea about the app sharing button.  It's probably been communicated but it was death by 1000 cuts with the about of buttons we've had to press to get season ticket holders tickets!

Good work. I will pass this info onto my friend who brings her daughter to games.

Here's another one - I wanted to add my lad onto my account as "strong" relationship, so I can have his tickets on my app... however whichever account we log in on we get the same message when we select the "strong" relationship... "Client already exists in another group of clients" - any ideas how we can find out who and how we go about changing it?!

Have you tried deleting him and adding him back in?

Some bad press swirling round regarding season tickets and smartphones. I think it's the short amount of time that they decided who could still have a physical card. Some older fans are scrambling round to buy a compatible smart phone for the first time to access the stadium tomorrow. The ticket office aren't taking calls due to extremely high demand! Why di they leave it so late with their decision?

No ticket, no information and no one at  AVFC who appears to give a fuck.
Name me a single occasion when the Villa ticket office have not done what they should do and not got tickets out on time?
Border villain I apologise to you and take everything good I said about ticket office back. I purchased two extra tickets for family Claret members beck in July  and to be together with my two ST's we moved to a block of 4 seats for Newcastle game. So far no sign of tickets in any shape or form from Villa.

I knew H&V would come in handy for something apart from moaning and arguing

Don’t forget the punfests.

I might be wrong but just change them from friend or family and then change it to app sharing. Should work the same way.

I get that too with my son. It would be useful if it told you were the one account was.

I finally got through to T O this morning. Called before 10:00 was #25 in the queue. Took 1 hour to get to advisor and sorted. By that simple math they are assisting less than 180 folk per day.

From what I’ve been reading, it’s another ticket shit show from Villa. All a fan wants is to pay and then get tickets for the matches. What we shouldn’t be worried about is, have I got the right iPhone, how do I download the ticket, try to talk to ticket office etc etc.

Hi Olaftab, you have my sympathy. I managed to sort my ticket out from the labyrinth which is the Villa app yesterday but know that many others are still struggling to sort their ticket(s) out.
Our back room operations rarely fail to disappoint.
