For those who has successfully applied for a physical card season ticket, have they arrived yet?
I think they said they will get a print-at-home ticket for the Newcastle match - again brilliant comms from the club.
I’ve only received 1 of my 3 season ticket ticketsDone all the stuff they said, login of and on multiple times, deleting the app and reinstalling, to no avail Also tried messaging villa support on twitter, got a generic message back telling me to do the exact things I’d already done, so no help at allSo I tried ringing the club today, 49 times throughout the day morning and afternoon, busy the whole day told to ring back later, can’t get through totally uncontactable don’t know what else to do

Change their relationship to you to app sharing. Save that then go back to your app, logout and then in again. Worked for us as a group because unless the other tickets in your group are for under 14s you won’t see them.

Ok thanks will try If you struggle to find it all then DM your number I’ll try talk you though it. It seems even if you have a season ticket you need the app or use app sharing facility unless under 14. Just because you paid for the bloody things doesn’t mean they’ll automatically add them to your account. It’s linked to the persons membership number. Going to carnage getting in tomorrow.
