For those who has successfully applied for a physical card season ticket, have they arrived yet?
After Newcastle and before Palace we were told, we received the print at home ticket Wednesday for Newcastle and the email to say we had been accepted for a physical season card yesterday.

My ticket for Saturday (I am a season ticket holder) has not yet appeared on my phone. I have a bad feeling about all this.

It should be in the Ticket section of the app, then you need to add it to Google Wallet

I think they said they will get a print-at-home ticket for the Newcastle match - again brilliant comms from the club.

The club are taking the piss now. Don't have a smart phone but expect them to have a printer?  ;D

Done all the stuff they said, login of and on multiple times, deleting the app and reinstalling, to no avail

Also tried messaging villa support on twitter, got a generic message back telling me to do the exact things I’d already done, so no help at all

So I tried ringing the club today, 49 times throughout the day morning and afternoon, busy the whole day told to ring back later, can’t get through totally uncontactable

don’t know what else to do

Me too. Called all yesterday and today. Now I understand the new commercial man saying they’re not customers they’re fans. No customers means no need for customer service fans just suck it up. 45 years going down the pan.

Try logging in online, go to friends and family. Change their relationship to you to app sharing. Save that then go back to your app, logout and then in again. Worked for us as a group because unless the other tickets in your group are for under 14s you won’t see them.

You have to switch relationships to app share for those over 14
Didn’t have to do it last season
