Option 1 - Premier League football club is benevolent and happy for fans to share tickets at no charge and change the functionality of the app to do this - unless you have a concession ticket then fair enough.Option 2 - Premier League club can sniff a revenue opportunity and cash in on something fans like to do/have to do - so the club enables it - at a cost.I know which one my money is on.
Hi guys, I failed with my physical card request! Hence I've gone digital now. No problem installing the latest AV App & downloading the Newcastle ticket and putting it into my Google wallet. However, just a query: on the original ticket download - it's got a greyed out square saying "Available 3 hours before kick off" does this update to a QR code? And in my wallet it just has the wifi symbol? What happens next? Thanks guys....
I would need direct confirmation from someone on here before I believe it. There are pics from one person online stating it happened but others have had no issue so it seems more to be a bug and the people are not being detected in friends and family.
The whole ticketing operation at Villa is an absolute shit show.
For those who has successfully applied for a physical card season ticket, have they arrived yet?
I think they said they will get a print-at-home ticket for the Newcastle match - again brilliant comms from the club.
Not rely on twitter to update season ticket holders of how to use things for a start.
